Dadrop Concrete wants people who contact the service to receive fair treatment. Please tell us when your experience falls short. This page explains how to raise a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Concerns We Can Receive

You may contact us about:

  • Your phone or message experience with Dadrop Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Website information that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

Problems Involving a Provider

Providers in our network operate independently. Each is responsible for its estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. For concerns about work at your property, raise the issue directly with the provider first. Keep a written record of the discussion.

Please also share the concern with us. Your feedback helps us assess honesty within the network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Dadrop Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return payments made to a provider or act for that provider.

Details to Send

Email your complaint to contact@dadrop.property with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A brief account of the issue and the action you would like us to take

How We Review Complaints

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the issue and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain what we found and any action we intend to take.

Asking for Further Review

If our reply leaves the issue unresolved, respond and request another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For matters involving a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
